Frequently Asked Questions
Allotted means you won the lottery and shares have been assigned to your DEMAT account. The amount is debited from your bank. You'll receive at least 10 kitta. Not allotted means you were not selected in the lottery and your money will be refunded.
Yes! Just go to iporesult.cdsc.com.np, select the company, enter your 16-digit BOID, and complete the captcha. No MeroShare login is required for basic result checking. MeroShare login is needed for full application history and portfolio management.
The company only appears on CDSC after results are officially published (7–10 working days after IPO close). If you applied through a registrar other than CDSC, results may be on the registrar's own website instead. Check the IPO prospectus for the designated registrar.
Use the Bulk CSV Check tab on this tool. Upload a CSV with BOID numbers and names, or paste them manually. The tool generates individual CDSC check links for each BOID, which you can open one by one. You can also export the list as CSV.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days of result publication, directly to the bank account you used for ASBA. Check your bank statement or ASBA portal. If you don't receive the refund within this window, contact your bank or the IPO's issue manager.
